About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Aftersales Key Account Manager for Al-Futtaim Motors (AFM). Based in Abu Dhabi, you will liaise with Corporate Fleet accounts to provide after sales support (commercial, Government and Fleet accounts) leading to increased units, parts, workshop hours and increased customer satisfaction and retention.  You will monitor the level of Corporate Fleet sales that are retained in the AFM network for service and repair and to influence decision-makers on how more units can be directed into the AFM service network. You will provide after sales support to Corporate Fleet Teams in pursuit of incremental vehicle sales.

Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
• Frequent proactive account management to fully understand government and commercial fleet needs and ensure that the AFM offer is the fully aligned to profitably meet the widest possible scope of customer needs and therefore maximize the AFM share of aftersales into government and commercial fleets.
• Proactive regular communication with targeted fleet & leasing companies, including analysis of their SMR assumptions, to ensure optimum reflection of AFM SMR, and to form a working relationship that supports future loyalty e.g. newly revised SMR costs, proactive problem management, high customer satisfaction.
• Liaison with all Corporate Fleets to support quick resolution of after sales issues
• Selling of Fleet Aftersales solutions (Service Packages, & Service Agreements) to Fleet & SME & CF customers 
• To identify   any workshop that is failing to deliver satisfactory levels of service to the supported fleets and to provide regular feedback to Line Manger
• To discuss service actions / vehicle recall notifications with fleets and leasing companies as required to ensure improved responsiveness to customer and increased customer satisfaction, with potential for increased end user data capture.
• In the event of vehicle breakdown/repair, facilitate support to ensure vehicles are returned to active service as quickly as possible by liaising with relevant AFM/Toyota functions to improve customer satisfaction.



About You:
You should have a basic qualification preferably in Technical and Business Management. You will have 3+ years’ experience in Aftersales in the automotive industry with wide exposure to direct customer facing roles especially involving major leasing and rental companies.  You will have solid experience of influencing maintenance costs and forecast maintenance costs through a process of building effective business cases.
The ideal candidate should have an understanding of key business dynamics, good understanding of the After Sales Business, at both business and technical level, and processes within dealerships and leasing companies. Understanding and awareness of the broader business context, specific and general economic factors affecting the automotive industry. You should also be able to communicate effectively and you are required to work at flexible hour and in shifts. Confident and effective at providing information will be an asset.
