Overview Of The Role:
- As a Sales Executive at Al-Futtaim Automotive, the primary goal is to achieve sales targets for both new and used vehicle units. The role requires maximizing the sales of Finance and Insurance products, handling trade-ins, managing accessory sales, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction as measured by the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Success in this role involves not only sales achievements but also effective referrals, diligent customer engagement, and comprehensive data management across various platforms. The role operates in a dynamic and customer-centric environment within the automotive industry.
What You Will Do:
Sales Targets
- Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding the customer through a structured 'one offer' journey.
- Maximize the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products.
- Achieve set targets for trade-ins and accessory sales.
Customer Engagement
- Maintain expected standards on Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.
- Lead management across Tel/Web/Walk-in enquiries.
- Promote effective referrals to showroom managers for enhancing customer experience.
- Capture and manage customer data in the Dealer Management System (DMS) including test drive details, Emirates ID, and email addresses.
Training and Knowledge Management
- Complete 100% of the mandatory training required by Al-Futtaim and OEMs.
- Stay informed about competition activities to counter customer arguments effectively.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Valid Saudi Arabia driver's license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
