Overview of the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Warranty & MIS Supervisor to support our Aftersales operations for Honda Egypt. In this role, you will manage end-to-end warranty operations, market quality activities, recalls execution, and Aftersales MIS reporting. You will ensure full compliance with Honda warranty policies, timely and accurate reporting, and seamless coordination with internal teams and Honda HAMER.
This position plays a key role in supporting our operational excellence, financial accuracy, and customer satisfaction across the service division.

 

What You Will Do
•    Ensure accurate activation and control of warranty start dates for all sold units.
•    Validate all warranty cases to ensure compliance with Honda and Al-Futtaim eligibility and policy guidelines.
•    Monitor pricing compliance for warranty repair orders (parts and labour).
•    Secure correct identification, storage, and traceability of warranty parts, including audit readiness.
•    Oversee timely submission, follow-up, and closure of warranty claims.
•    Reconcile and validate Honda warranty reimbursements to ensure accuracy and full recovery.
•    Submit QIC reports to Honda HAMER in a timely and accurate manner.
•    Manage the pre-approval process for high-cost warranty claims.
•    Coordinate recall planning and execution with HAMER, Parts, CRM, and service teams.
•    Support customer reach-outs and recall booking conversions.
•    Maintain and update Aftersales dashboards with high accuracy and timeliness.
•    Prepare and submit monthly HIMS reports on schedule.
•    Track daily Aftersales performance across branches.
•    Support international KPI reporting and budget tracking activities.

 

Required Skills to Be Successful
•    5–8 years of experience in Automotive Aftersales (Warranty / MIS / Operations).
•    Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
•    Strong knowledge of automotive warranty policies, recalls, and Aftersales KPIs.
•    Hands-on experience with DMS, HIMS, dashboards, and reporting tools.

 

About the Team
You will be part of the Honda Egypt Aftersales team within Al-Futtaim Automotive, working closely with the After Sales Manager. The team collaborates across multiple functions including Operations, Parts, CRM, Finance, and regional Honda HAMER teams to drive service excellence, ensure warranty compliance, and deliver accurate performance reporting.
This is an agile and quality-driven environment where accuracy, teamwork, and operational efficiency are key.

•    Solid understanding of warranty operations, recalls, reporting cycles, and OEM compliance.
•    Ability to work independently within structured processes and escalate issues when needed.
•    A solution-oriented approach with the ability to manage routine and well-defined tasks effectively.
•    Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
•    Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
•    Good understanding of IT systems and basic accounting principles (advantageous).
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•    High level of professionalism, customer service orientation, and a collaborative mindset.
