Overview of the role
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee tire inventory operations across our warehouse and service centers. In this role, you will ensure stock accuracy, maintain storage standards, support operational needs, and secure timely delivery of tires to targeted locations. Your leadership will help safeguard product quality, streamline processes, and maintain full compliance across all warehouse activities.
What you will do
• Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely control of tire inventory.
• Maintain precise records of tire quantities, specifications, brands, and costs.
• Update inventory systems regularly with all stock movements.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
• Inspect and verify incoming tire shipments with corresponding documentation.
• Record batch numbers, production dates, and ensure proper labelling and documentation.
• Coordinate loading and distribution of tires to service centers and clients.
• Ensure proper storage conditions, safety standards, and FIFO inventory method.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safe handling procedures.
• Prepare damaged tire reports and investigate stock variances.
• Support internal audits and compliance checks.
• Coordinate with service center managers and logistics teams for operational requirements.
Required skills to be successful
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in stock control.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.).
• Experience handling large stock volumes and multiple SKUs.
• Strong knowledge and experience in stock control and inventory management.
About the team
You will join the Automotive – Tires Division and work closely with the Tires Sales Manager and service center teams. The environment is fast paced and operationally focused, where accuracy, teamwork, and timely execution are critical to success.

• Prior exposure to tire inventory, spare parts, or a similar industry is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain high standards of storage, safety, and warehouse organization.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities to ensure stock accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross functional teams.
• Proactive, self motivated, and detail oriented.
• Competent in basic IT tools (Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Good time management and ability to manage additional responsibilities.
• Preferably experienced in tires or spare parts operations.
