About the Job:

We are currently looking for a well-experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join Plugs In team in Dubai.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that whist the guidelines relating to handling returns and exchange are consistently adhered to, the customer service levels are consistently met and exceeded by the store staff at every point of customer. You will keep records of the inventory of customer products sent for repairs as well as repair of stock items, for the purpose of ensuring stock credibility as well as controlling the down time, as it would have direct impact on customer satisfaction with the service provided. You will identify the nature of complaint in product. You will monitor the delivery and installation schedule, plan schedule and road maps for the drivers, ensure that all the products and accessories required for a customer delivery are included. You will also provide support to the sales team.

About You:

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have Basic Technical skills related to IT and electronic products. You should have an excellent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of more than one language is an advantage. You must have relevant experience in retail/call centre.
