A first-of-its kind training institution that will provide internationally accredited training in a world class facility that is unique in the UAE automotive industry. The Automotive Academy is an important enabler in Al-Futtaim Automotive Division's objective to be the automotive company of choice through providing value based customer experiences enabled by an empowered and engaged workforce.

About the Position:

As a Training Consultant you will provide Aftersales, Soft Skills, and other specific associate development deliverables as required by the divisions (including customer training), using methods in the 70:20:10 approach using classroom training, demonstrations, train the trainer, eLearning, meetings, coaching, conferences, and workshops and other blended learning solutions.  You will be reporting to the Head of Non-Technical Training and your responsibilities in this role are the following but not limited to:

  • Develop and deliver engaging training to ensure that all distributor and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in line with Academy quality standards and using PDCA methodology
  • Coach, Train and Mentor Delegates as well as Academy Associates.
  • Create and encourage positive, energetic, memorable and productive learning environments for all delegates/participants.
  • Complete on-going self-assessment of training programme content and delivery, to promote continuous improvement.
  • Ensure active promotion and continuous improvement of associates and customer engagement activities.
  • Work closely with the Brand to develop training that enhances business performance, measure such performance and make adjustments to programmes to continually improve.

 

About You:
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Automotive processes and system
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience of Automotive Retail Aftersales, preferably in a customer facing role. 
  • Understanding of Automotive sector and typical dealer structures/roles, sales and aftersales
