About the Position:

As an HR Business Partner you will be a trusted advisor to senior line management on all human capital management matters with a keen understanding of the business strategy, priorities and operating model to ensure the right people capabilities are in place to deliver.  

You will be responsible for implementing and aligning the HR strategies and cyclical agenda; enable a culture of performance, meritocracy and diversity; and comply with Group HR policies whilst always looking for opportunities for operational excellence.

 

About You:

In order to be a successful HRBP you should ideally have a degree in Human Resource, Psychology or Business Management, CIPD qualification would be desirable but not essential.

You should also have at least 5 years HR Generalist Experience, working in a dynamic best practice operating model for large multinational organisations, ideally with exposure to the Middle East market.
