About the Position:

We have recently set up a Transformation Management Office and are currently looking to appoint an Initiative Planning & Reporting Manager.

Based in Dubai, the Initiative Planning & Reporting  Manager will Implement TMO tools and train Transformation Managers and track overall transformation program – own all dashboards. He/she will prepare regular reporting and progress updates – keep CTO informed of emerging issues. Another purpose of this role is to coordinate with Transformation Managers across initiatives on issues and dependencies.

As part of our newly established Transformation Office, this role will have the below responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement core initiative tracking and reporting tools
  • Supports development of detailed transformation plans – arranges stakeholder training
  • Support transformation managers in collecting information and documenting progress of initiatives (reports, analysis, emerging issue logs)
  • Leads collection and organization of relevant data for initiative planning and analysis
  • Identifies / highlights issues that merit further investigation – is intimately familiar with progress of all initiatives
  • Prepares reports and ad hoc requests / analyses
  • Prepares detailed analyses and presentation of outcomes
  • Coordinates stakeholder engagements and prepares agendas for meetings
  • Helps transformation momentum by ensuring accurate and timely distribution of communications, reports to stakeholders




About You:

To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and experience:

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:  
Typically, management consultant or strong finance back ground across variety of businesses
Deep understanding of transformation and initiative management

Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, time management and emotional intelligence
Strong interpersonal skills – ability for anticipating conflict and resolving
Strong oral and written communication – excellent ability to crystalize messages for executives

Operates well under ambiguity with ability to drive people towards an endpoint without conflict
