About the Position:

As an Aftersales Business Development Manager you will be responsible to drive and develop Commercial Vehicles Service business by acquiring service contracts from customers as well as maintaining the existing customer base thereby renewing the service contracts that are due.

Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:

  • Maintain an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns
  • Conduct regular customer/field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels
  • Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability by focusing on net sales.
  • Submission of daily call reports indicating the daily visits made to existing customers and new customers
  • To ensure that Monthly over dues are not more than agreed Target
  • Oversee the expansion of Accessories in line with the Aftersales Growth margins while anticipating our competitor's initiatives and increasing the value chain

About You:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Business development and knowledge of Automobile Aftersales business)

     Relevant diploma / industry qualification will be of added advantage

Minimum Experience:

  • 2-3 years automotive experience in sales (parts or service), ideally field sales experience
  •  5 years in field of Aftersales in the Automotive industry, out of which at least 3 years in a Service Marketing or Business Development role 

  • Job-Specific Skills:

  •  Good communicator in English; Arabic an advantage
  •  UAE’s valid Driver’s License

  •  Relationship management skills

  •  Customer service and target oriented

  •  Strong negotiations skills

  •  Leadership, Aftersales Problem solving, Solutions-driven approach
