About the Position:

Your role as a Branch Manager Rental Operations will be to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and enhancing of the brand image to meet and exceed set standards. Constantly driving the Associate and customer engagement levels across all locations.  To ensure compliance with counter procedures and documentation so that every customer transaction and vehicle movement is accurately accounted. To ensure exploitation of sales opportunities at the rental location and thereby maximizing of rental revenue.

Some of your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:

  • Revenue: Achieve the overall revenue target for the above locations from daily/weekly and Monthly rental business.

  • Utilisation: Ensure vehicles are available at rental locations to maximise rental opportunities resulting in high utilisation which ensures revenue, margin and profitability for the region handled

  • Customer Service- Must ensure that one continuously exceeds customer expectations from all customer touch points within the business.
  • Ensure maintenance of the location as per set standards and enhancement of brand image.
  • Build relationship with relevant partners and be the first point of contact to represent the business.
  • Explore sales opportunities outside the Branch by targeting  Government Institutions, Schools/Universities and Corporate clients

About You:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge    : Graduate and Management Diploma/ Degree


Minimum Experience                                     : 3 yrs experience leading a customer service/sales team, Handling Customer disputes/grievances and                                                                                     administrative routine/people management, strong  Administrative skills.
