About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is opened for an experienced Account Manager within Al Futtaim Electronics. You will be responsible to execute the sales and account receivables for consumer electronics business across major retailers in Qatar. Ensure customer and principal’s satisfaction along with achievement of business objectives. This role will include sales targets, collection targets, market share by category in the account, ensure proper display at outlets, monitor stock levels, ensure sell-out, provide feedback on competition, build relationship with key retail buyers, increase market penetration, submit monthly account report to the Country manager and feedback of competition activity. The job holder is responsible for achieving the revenues based on the budgets. 

Your role will be based in Doha, Qatar. You will report into the Country Manager.

About You:

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelor's Degree. MBA is an asset. You should have minimum 3+years power retailer channel channel experience in the consumer electronics industry within the Qatar market. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset. 

You should be a team player, aggressive negotiator towards securing desired price points and margins. You should have excellent negotiation and customer engagement ability, persuasiveness, adaptability, planning and organizing skills. Target driven. 

Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication skills. Good business acumen. Above average quantitative aptitude is required. To be a successful in this role, you must be commercially aware and knowledgeable of the industry - Knowledge on consumer electronics success/failure history. Have the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment amidst frequent change. You will have a high level of market awareness.
