About the job:

The duties and responsibilities for this role are:


  • Researching cases and any pertinent legal information needed, supports case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials for, preparing pleadings; monitoring and obtaining discovery responses, organizing materials for head of legal.


  • Keeps cases organized by establishing and organizing files; monitoring calendars; meeting deadlines; documenting actions; inputting information into file database and case management software; confirming case status with external lawyers.


  • Helps develop cases by maintaining contact with involved departments; scheduling depositions; preparing and forwarding summonses and subpoenas; drafting complaints; preparing and filing discovery requests, preparing responses to opposing counsel; generating status reports.


  • Keeps the involved departments informed by maintaining contact, communicating case progress.


  • Maintains case costs, legal expenses , process the required payment and verifying outstanding balances with attorney,


  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.


  • Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
About you:

To apply for this role you must have the following qualifications, skills and experiences:


    • Law degree from reputable university (English section preferred).


    • Arabic speaker with fluent in English ( written and oral)


    • Minimum 2 years legal experience , legal insurance is preferred




    • Excellent reporting Skills, research skills, legal administration skills, litigation, client relationships, organization, planning, attention to detail, confidentiality, dependability.


    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral


    • Excellent investigative and analytical skills.


    • Highly proficient time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work in a fast paced, changing environment
