About the Job:

We are seeking to hire a Personal Assistant who will be responsible and accountable for the provision of high level of administrative support, while assisting the smooth functioning of the Country Manager’s office by providing secretarial and administrative support, in addition to the Retail Management team. She will be assisting in planning & co-ordination of activities, providing secretarial support to ensure that the daily schedule is coordinated, diary management, interaction with External and Internal Business Associates, monitoring outlook mails at all times, dealing with telephone calls and facilitating meetings. Main outputs in the form of documentation, customer service, and diary management must be of a high standard

About You:

To qualify for this role, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in an Administration, Secretarial capacity dealing with different departments with exposure to all areas of business. Ideally
  •  Have a secretarial diploma or certificate with strong knowledge of typing and shorthand and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure along with flexibility and multitasking is a must. In addition to understanding the core business functions and the organizational strategic direction, while having the ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in Secretarial / Office Administration
