About the Position:

Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager this role will be responsible for supporting the ecommerce team in all operational and production aspects of the business, ensuring all digital activities and supporting administrative processes are followed and delivered appropriately according to the critical path. It will involve working with all the department functions including marketing, content, merchandising and web development to understand individual requirements and then co-ordinate and prioritise workflows to ensure the smooth completion of deliverables. At its core the role will take the lead in the process and production of all operational tasks including publishing of all products and championing all the various aspects to provide a seamless support for the teams, whilst continually reviewing what we can do better by utilising data and insights compiled through the process.

The ideal person for this role will have 2+ years' experience within an ecommerce team as a product/ecommerce assistant or coordinator preferably within the retail sector. Experience with analytics, reporting, QC, analysis of product and departmental performance and trading is vital, along with an ability to work cross-functionally and support key contacts within the business. An interest and understanding of retail and brand retail along with a proactive approach that incorporates initiative are key.


A personal attribute also would include a genuine willingness and eagerness to learn and support the various functions of the team and build experience within the ecommerce industry.


About You:

Qualifications and Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years experience with ecommerce and web content management, or relevant coursework
  • Technically savvy. Knowledge of HTML, content management systems and/or Excel a strong plus.
  • Excellent Interdepartmental communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills 
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
