Real Estate

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) is responsible for the development and operations of Al-Futtaim’s real estate businesses across the Middle East and North Africa which includes:

Dubai Festival City, a 520 hectare waterfront mixed use community, opened in 2005.

Cairo Festival City, a 290 hectare mixed use development, opened in December 2013.

Doha Festival City, comprising 433,847 sq m (land) + 250,000 sq m (GLA) opened in April 2017, IKEA opened in March 2013.

Al-Futtaim Real Estate

Al-Futtaim Real Estate offers comprehensive services from selection of site and feasibility studies to construction and property management. The range of properties administered and leased in the UAE includes warehouses, showrooms, workshops, offices, villas and apartment buildings. Al Futtaim's warehousing complex at Rashidia in Dubai, measuring over one million square feet, is by far the largest owned by any company in the Gulf. This is used as a central warehouse for the group, stocking vast quantities of electronic goods, automobiles, commercial vehicles, heavy equipment and inventories of spare parts. About the Vacancy:

We are looking to recruit a Lease Admin Assistant to execute the tactics of AFGRE Leasing Admin strategy that is aimed at meeting AFGRE’s overall objectives, your job responsibilities will be including & not limited to:


  • Arranging Documentation: Ensure that documents required are completed.
  • Asset/Property Management: Assisting the Leasing Admin team to draft all hard copy correspondence and documentation with regard to the lease agreements that are to be renewed or re-geared, as above.
  • Progress Reports: Assists the Leasing Admin team on the preparation of the progress reports on weekly/monthly/annual basis as appropriate.
  • Brand Profiles: Maintenance of a Brand Profile Log and responsible for receiving “Shop Application Form” from prospective tenants. Communication with prospective tenants will be required.
  • Administration: Assist the Leasing Admin team in updating tracking sheets, preparing presentations as well as LPO’s.
  • SAP: Ensuring all lease contract information is accurately recorded in REFX system, including all new leases, amendments, terminations.
  • Soft and Hard Filing and General Admin Duties: Updating Shared Dive.
About you:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Degree or equivalent level of education in any discipline preferable but not mandatory, dependent on previous experience and aptitude.




    Minimum Experience:  


  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Leasing Administration professional


  • Strong IT skills


  • Knowledge of SAP and REFX an advantage




    Job-Specific Skills:    


  • Sound knowledge of Leasing procedure and practices in the Middle East market


  • Good grasp of hard and soft filing systems


  • Excellent written and spoken English


  • Written and spoken Arabic an advantage


  • Experience with ofProjectwise
