About the Job:
  • Working closely with ACE Operations Manager to ensure that all aspects of ACE visual
  • merchandising, ticketing, instore POS material and displays are all line with brand concept
  • Attend a weekly meeting with the ACE Operations Manager and Regional VM Manger from Regional Office for updates on all VM and Graphics related work
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of all VM procedures for seasonal theme changes and promotional activity
  • Work closely with the Graphics and Marketing dept. on all promotional and seasonal POS material creation and ensure implementation is carried out on time
  • Ensure that all graphics and promotional POS material is installed on time and meets ACE standards and deadlines
  • Ensure regular store visits are carried out across all ACE stores in the UAE
  • Dealing with local suppliers on a regular basis ensuring that all inks and any VM display/signage materials and requirements are ordered, controlled and within budget.
  • Ensure that all ACE Store VM departments have a constant supply of paper, inks and VM related consumables
  • Attend any Store Managers meetings and conferences with any presentations and visual
  • Set VM targets and objectives and coach the in-store VM teams on their progression and development alongside the ACE Store/Op’s Manager
  • Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently whilst looking at commercial sales opportunities
  • Ensure the in store VM teams follow the daily standards checklist and that any action plans are out and on time.
  • Ensuring that the placement of new product lines are located correctly in stores with the correct signage and pricing to maximise sales opportunities
  • Ensure photographic documentation of all store visits and any store related ‘visual’ changes are catalogued
  • Conduct comp shop visits to check out competitors in the current market
