About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is opened for an experienced B2C Sales Executive within the Dealer Channel Sales Team in Al Futtaim Electronics. You will be responsible to achieve topline and bottom-line targets. You will also be responsible for the topline and profitability analysis customer wise. Build excellent relationships with existing customers and develop new customers. Gather customer requirements and convert it into sales. Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with trade partners. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. Gather market / customer information and provide a quick feedback to the management. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions. Liaise with PMT and back office to check the progress of existing orders. Maintain displays at point of sales and ensure the customers are stocked up. Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements. Give feedback to the management about changing trends in the market. Attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

Your role will be covering the dealer segment across the whole of U.A.E. and will be based in Dubai. You will report to the Business Manager.

About You:

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5+years’ experience in dealer/channel sales within the consumer electronics / home appliance industry in the U.A.E. Strong relationships with dealers in the U.A.E. Excellent product knowledge and ability to compare competitive offerings. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.

Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication skills. Good account management / mapping skills. An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required. A confident and determined approach. Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection. A high degree of self-motivation and drive. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The capacity to flourish in a competitive environment.

To be a successful in this role, you must have a consultative personality, be commercially aware and knowledgeable of the industry trends and technical innovations and their impact on managing customer business requirements. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology. You will have a high level of market awareness & analytical ability.
