About the Position:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Corporate Sales Team of Al Futtaim Motors - Lexus.  The role will be based from bu Dhabi and will report into the Corporate Sales Manager.  The main purpose of this role is to identify, qualify and initiate business opportunities with Corporate Fleet Accounts. Subsequently, to develop these accounts to accurately identify the full scope of the Sales and Service opportunity and to secure and maximise these profitable incremental sales for AF Motors - Lexus. 

It is the responsibility of the Key Account Manager to identify product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors; to prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information whilst providing support, information and recommending solutions to all clients. Client retention is a priority for this role and therefore building and maintaining relationships is essential.  A requirement of this position is to report on performance therefore the role holder will consistently evaluate sales performance to optimise efforts and to identify areas for improvement. 


About You:

To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have at least three years in a commercial, business to business sales or major account sales role, working with senior decision makers within client companies. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Fleet and / or Vehicle Leasing business in the UAE and good knowledge of (or willingness to quickly learn) about Lexus product ranges and the benefits of those ranges for corporate customers. This role involves an element of local travel and therefore a driving licence is essential.

As prior sales experience is a requirement for this position, it is expected that you will have strong negotiation skills along with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues of varying levels.  You will act as the face of the company and therefore will have a proactive, professional and presentable nature.
