About the Position:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Fleet Sales Supervisor to oversee the Fleet Sales team within AF Motors and act as the deputy to the Department Manager.  The role will be based from our busy Dubai site and will report into the Head of Fleet Sales.  The main purpose of this role is to lead the sales effort in the Fleet Sales Department and to provide sales support and ensure administration and logistics support is smoothly delivered leading to increased sales and margin and increased customer satisfaction and retention.

It is the responsibility of the Fleet Sales Supervisor to negotiate with large Fleet accounts to secure sales volume, mix and margin each month; to ensure the retention and development of our existing customers by providing best in market customer service and support (ensure Fleet salesman quickly respond to and follow up all sales enquiries to meet critical Fleet buyer time frames) and competitive pricing; to explore opportunities to grow the Fleet business. Client retention is a priority for this role and therefore building and maintaining relationships is essential.  A requirement of this position is to report on performance therefore the role holder will consistently evaluate sales performance to optimise efforts and to identify areas for improvement.
