About the Position:

Intro Line: As part Pre-Owned sales team, you will be responsible for achieving/exceeding the targeted sales of AFM Pre Owned vehicles (Toyota / Lexus) while maintaining / improving the customer service experience. 


Description of the Accountability

  • Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the branch by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings.
  • Ensure that the customer’s expectations always meet or exceeded by strict adherence to the sales process and standards set by Toyota / Lexus showrooms
  • Attend training sessions as per the learning paths. Be proactive in self-development and inform the National Sales Manager if additional training is required. Attend all product launch trainings for new vehicles.
  • Awareness on competitor activities/their products and discuss the data with the National Sales Manager to facilitate the necessary strategic planning by the management.
  • Maintain Showroom and display to Toyota Certified standards, ensuring full vehicle display, correct display of branding and PoS, cleanliness of vehicles and general cleanliness of showroom and workstations. 
  • Document and maintain all sales activity and data for Fast Track for future reference and for use by the National Sales Manager


About You:

This role reports to National Sales Manager – Pre-Owned

The job holder will be an experienced pre-owned sales executive with good customer handling and negotiation skills. They will understand fully the sales process and adhere to this and all other Toyota Pre-Owned standards to deliver the highest possible service and customer experience. They will be a target driven achiever with the ability to make the most of every opportunity. The job holder will always present himself, his showroom and the brand to the highest standards.

People working within the automotive pre-owned industry often have to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals.

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • Strong knowledge of Sales process, F&I, structure, systems and methodology  
  • High School Diploma is a must; bachelor’s degree desired


    Minimum Experience:

  • Previous Sales experience an advantage; Auto Pre Owned Sales experience desired


    Job-Specific Skills:

  • Languages:  Fluent English, Arabic an Advantage
