About the Position:

Al Futtaim is embarking in a period of continuous and ambitious growth. As such, we are bringing some of the most exciting F&B brands to the Middle East.

We are looking for a Kitchen Manager - Head Chef for one of our Italian concepts. As the Kitchen Manager you will be responsible for all back of house operations, delivering high quality food and related services whilst adhering to brand standards.

 

About You:

In order to be a successful Kitchen Manager you should be a graduate in Culinary Arts or hospitality and have at least 3 years relevant experience, ideally within Italian cuisine. You should also possess good Knowledge of written and spoken English, Arabic would be an advantage, as well as excellent people management, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
