Plan and manage the movement of goods in a supply chain, liaising with many parties including suppliers of raw materials, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.

    Description Performance Indicators


    Order Planning

    Monitoring and guiding the stock ordering plan in consultation with the General/Divisional Managers and ensures the availability of stock within prescribed constraints of inventory carrying costs, in order to meet customer demand at all times. _ Developing, forecasting models, to provide on-time inputs for key decision making


    Procurement and Distribution

    Ensuring timely procurement and distribution of goods in the most cost effective manner to avoid loss of sales due to non-availability of stock and ensuring proper allocation of ordered and stock units to the sales team. _ Stock availability to minimise lost sale due to non-availability of stock


    Order Placement

    Ensuring all orders are placed with required specifications and are delivered on time after being inspected before final delivery, to ensure conformity between product and client specifications.

    System Support

    Providing iScala system support as implementer of iScala system in the company. _ maintaining smooth functioning of iScala/CRM


    Approval Process

    Ensuring all documents pertaining to the ordering, procurement, delivery and payment of units are in accordance with standard procedures before being sent for further processing. Maintaining these records as per standard guidelines. _ complete adherence with policy and procedure of company


    Maintenance of cost and Sales Price

    Ensuring accurate costing of units, maintaining online selling price and providing information on prices and trends to the MD/GM thereby enabling them to better negotiate and implement pricing policies. _ _ Pricing accuracy to arrive at correct GM


    Sales Support Process

    _ Ensuring full sales support to sales department in sales order transactions and management report _ Minimum complains related to routine functionality of divisions


    Ware House Process

    _ Ensuring smooth functioning of unit warehouse in relation to logistics, Inventory and distribution of goods by achieving time bond deliveries to avoid customer complains. _ Maintenance of 0 tolerance level in unit inventory and time bond deliveries


    PDI Centre

    Ensuring smooth functioning of PDI Centre in line with the guide line of preparation and delivery of units by achieving time bond deliveries to avoid customer complains. _ To achieve 100% customer satisfaction in line with commitment made by sales force to provide timely delivery



Minimum Qualifications and             



  • Bachelors Degree
  • Engineering
  • Logistics                                                   

Minimum Experience:     


  • 5 Years minimum experience in the field

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Science Graduate / MBA
