About the Position:

The Personal Assistant will be involved in providing administrative support to a high-level management executive. This role demands exposure to highly sensitive information and involvement with superior contacts requiring considerable use of discretion, tact, diplomacy, and judgment. The basic administrative  duties involve diary management, conducting and assisting with assignments and projects, receiving and distributing correspondence and mail, gathering information and compiling diverse reports for management and serving as a right hand person to the senior leader. 

The requirement is for someone bright, smart and excellent with dealing with top level senior management, making decisions and creating presentations and reports etc.

The role will be reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and will be based in Dubai.

 

 

About You:

To be successfully considered for this exciting opportunity, we are looking for someone with solid years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant for a Management level position in a large-sized organisation.

Someone with excellent communication and intepersonal skills, flexible and strong attention to detail would be a good fit.

Someone proactive with an ability to plan ahead will be suitable.
