About the Role:

As a Presales Engineer -  Security & Low Voltage Systems you will be responsible to understand tender and client functional requirements, site conditions and drawings. Identify most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions. Prepare complete detailed technical proposal including design schematic drawings/ system architecture. Project/tender specification compliance from principles/vendors and account all information into proposals. Attend client meetings for technical clarifications/technical presentation. Liaise with manufacturer representatives for solutions and pricing.

This role will be based in Dubai. You will report to the Head of Presales.

About You:

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have a Bachelors Degree / Diploma specialised in Electronics / Electrical engineering. Industry certification from manufacturer is an asset. You should have minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and project management for ELV / Security systems. Design, estimation, technical proposals, presales, commissioning experience in ELV, structure cabling & security communication products. Experience and knowledge of other ELV and IT solutions will be an added advantage. Product Knowledge for all major vendors (Pelco, Samsung, Milestone, Gallagher, Lenel, Nexans, Excel). Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.



Expert presales knowledge of ELV Systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, GRMS, structure cabling & etc. Experience at a multi-vendor integration level is a must. Should be able to understand the drawings, specifications of the low current systems provided by the client.

Along with previous experience you must have knowledge and understanding of industry trends and technical innovations and their impact on managing customer business requirements. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology. An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required. Good communication & presentation skills with an ability to compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint & VISIO. Working knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
