About the Position:




As part of the Talent and Organisational Development team, you will be responsible for supporting the OD team in two key areas : Organisational development and analytics. Assist to develop new and revise existing methods, processes, and practices in support of company objectives.


Carry out job documentation, special studies, job evaluation, preparation of communications materials and change management activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Conducts and analyses organisation mapping exercise
  • Conducts research and applies knowledge of industry trends to design, enhance and deliver internal OD offering
  • Prepares and maintains position descriptions and participates in evaluation of positions up through the first level of leaders
  • Carries out audits and analyses the business unit/ division as the potential change of job descriptions are identified
  • Checks the consistency of job descriptions with internal policies and procedures
  • Maintains the job evaluation methodology and facilitates the process of the new job position creation
  • Identifies areas to leverage ideas and practices across the enterprise and within businesses functions
  • Develops partnership with the Leadership Team, HR and other internal clients to identify and intervene on change management initiatives that foster organisation learning and address strategic goals and needs.
  • Liaises with leaders and staff in the delivery of OD services
  • Collaborates with other staff to refine or develop processes and workflow design acting as advisor or facilitating services for use by others to achieve results
  • Drafts administrative procedures to monitor organisational changes, identifies problem areas, and reviews changes in Job Evaluations. ]
  • Effectively integrate quality assurance feedback and evaluation into the ongoing revisions of OD products, analytics and services.
  • Develops methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting, methods for tracking and reporting outcomes and metrics to drive accountability and effectiveness of OD initiatives
  • Designs and maintain the rules for the organisational structure creation
About You:

Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, organizational development, or related field.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 

Minimum 5 years' professional experience focused on organizational development, organizational effectiveness, project management, and/or change management.

Experience as a contributing member in a high functioning, complex organization.


Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:

Ability to effectively gather input from internal staff, synthesize information, apply insights, and present data and analysis as appropriate, for HR and OD.

Demonstrated experience in Job Evaluation methodologies and conceptual understanding of OD function
