Duties and Responsibilities::

Account/Relationship Management

Functional Description

Actively involved in the management of customer portfolios. Act as a key customer interface for the Company. The level of client support is segmented in accordance with the client service required profitability and potential. Attention to detail to enter customers' requests accurately and issue clear instructions to other departments. Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with other departments in the company. Excellent customer service skills to deal politely and effectively with prospects’ inquiries.

Key Deliverables

Account/Relationship Management

Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

Provide customer service and support.

Identify and support development of business opportunities for additional sales of services and products

Work closely with the Regional Headquarters and Global offices

Qualifications:

Requirements for the Job

A Business degree graduate with 3 years’ relevant working experience in UAE•

Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge.•

Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.•

Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.•

Good customer care skills •

Good written and verbal English •

Accuracy and attention to detail •

Good organizational skills •

Excellent MS Office skills and IT-savvy•
