About the Position:

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Consultant to join the Commercial Vehicles business (HINO) within Al Futtaim Motors. The role will be based from our busy Dubai site and will report into the Branch Manager.  The main purpose of this role is to achieve / exceed the targeted sales of AFM Commercial Vehicles (Hino & TMH) whilst maintaining and improving the customer service experience.

It is the responsibility of the Senior Sales Consultant to maintain an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns; to conduct regular customer / field visits to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels; to attend all sales meetings and modular training sessions, refresher courses that introduce new products and make sure the Sales Manager / Branch Manager is informed if additional training is required; to maintain awareness on competitor activities and products and discuss the data with the branch Sales Manager to facilitate the necessary strategic planning by the management. Client retention is a priority for this role and therefore building and maintaining relationships is essential.  A requirement of this position is to report on performance therefore the role holder will consistently evaluate sales performance to optimise efforts and to identify areas for improvement. 


About You:

To be considered for this role you will ideally be a graduate and will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales role within the Commercial Vehicle industry in the UAE.  It is essential that you have a strong knowledge of Sales processes, F&I, structures, systems and methodology. This role involves an element of local travel and therefore a driving licence is essential.

As prior sales experience is a requirement for this position it is expected that you will have strong negotiation skills along with the ability to communicate with clients and colleagues of varying levels.  You will act as the face of the company and therefore will have a proactive, professional and presentable nature.
