About the Position:

As an Assistant GM – Retail CRM you will be supporting senior management in developing an Al-Futtaim Retail wide CRM and Consumer Data programme. You will also be responsible for creating a new Retail CRM and Consumer Data team that would be accountable for “Retail Wide” marketing, CRM and the consumer database.

In conjunction with the Retail vision, the Assistant GM – Retail CRM will be tasked to create, develop and implement an overarching CRM and Consumer Data model to ensure best practices, standardisation, greater synergies and efficiencies are optimised across Retail.

You will also need to engage with the respective divisions to ensure alignment of their Digital, Marketing & CRM Strategies / Roadmaps and work extremely closely with Marketing Agency & EIT to ensure synergies are optimised.


About You:

In order to be a successful Assistant GM – Retail CRM you should have a suitable business qualification (Degree level); thorough knowledge of CRM practices and functionality.  You will need to have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Consumer Marketing with good understanding of Technology.

 

Experience of SAP CRM would be beneficial as well as strong communication skills (written and verbal), analytical and problem solving skills, planning and execution and ability to self-manage and self-motivate
