About the Role:

An exciting opportunity is opened for an experienced office automaion sales professional within Al Futtaim Electronics. You will be responsible for achieving the revenues for Panasonic accessories and Sanyo batteries in line with the budgets. Plan events calendar, promotions, advertisements have to be planned, discussed, implemented. Manage and motivate the outdoor sales staff to ensure proper dealer management, merchandising, payment collections thereby achieving the budgets. The job holder is responsible for achieving the revenues based on the budgets. This has direct relation to the company’s turnover. The pricing structure of the products, retail price management, market intelligence and the product mix has to be given to the sales & materials manager for meticulous planning. Merchandising of Panasonic accessories, Technics DJ products, Philips accessories and Sanyo batteries across all mass merchandisers, power retailers and dealer outlets. Manage the outdoor sales staff across U.A.E. and ensure the proper distribution of accounts, budgets and sales areas. He also has to ensure proper Merchandising of products, plan for road shows, promotions and key account management.

Your role will be based in Dubai. You will report into the Senior Manager - Sales & Marketing.

About You:

To be considered for this exciting role, you need to have a Bachelor's degree / Diploma. Masters Degree is an asset. You should have minimum 5+years key account management experience in the office automation industry. Ideally have knowledge/experience about middle east market environment. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset. 

Strong presentation and MS office expertise, team player, aggressive negotiator towards securing desired price points and margins. 

Along with previous experience you must have a strong work ethic, competitive drive and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication skills. Good business acumen. Above average quantitative aptitude is required. To be a successful in this role, you must be commercially aware and knowledgeable of the industry - Knowledge on office automation success/failure history. Have the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment amidst frequent change. You will have a high level of market awareness.
