About the Position:

We are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager - SME to lead the SME team in Al-Futtaim Motors Toyota.  This role reports directly into the General Manager of Toyota Retail and SME and will have a total of three reports.  Based within the Toyota Head Office in Dubai the Head of Sales will have full ownership of the operational practices of all Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) within a geographical area, making sure that they run smoothly and comply with marketing and sales campaigns, budgets and sales objectives. 

The Regional Sales Manager - SME will complete brand integration and relationship management of all sales related activities for the purpose of aiding the growth of sales margins and volumes.  The incumbent will maintain profitability by driving the achievement of  KPI targets and objectives.  The hiring of middle-level management comes under the remit of this role as does performance management, training and development of the team.

About You:

You should have a thorough understanding of the Auto Sales Process, F&I structure, systems and methodology and therefore previous Auto Sales experience within a franchised environment within the UAE is essential. 

You will have proven experience of managing a large sales team with strong motivational and influencing skills.  You will have excellent English language skills whilst being an Arabic speaker is an added advantage.  An analytical mind and problem solving attitude is required along with the ability to multi task and manage changing priorities throughout each day.  You will be experienced in performance management and training processes based around dealer showroom processes.
