About the job:

For this role, the duties and responsibilities are the following:   

  1. Manages the administration of compensation and benefits program of the company including but not limited to promotion, transfer, salary increases and closely coordinates with Group TR.
  2. Prepares manpower planning in adherence to manpower budget for assigned business entities and ensures completion of the processes based on timelines set forth.
  3. Manages the implementation and conduct of Performance Management cycle in accordance with the Group policy.
  4. Manages the recruitment, selection and on boarding of new employees by closely coordinating with assigned HR Executives.
  5. Constantly conducts stakeholder engagement with all department heads in support and delivery of business plans and targets.
  6. Handles Employee Relations by implementing Group initiated activities as well as coming up with new initiatives to increase employee engagement.  Closely coordinate with Group ER.
  7. Ensures database in SAP matches with the actual data and the organization structure by conducting regular reviews and audit.
  8. Manages payroll in coordination with Employee Services team.
  9. Provides regular HR report to the line manager on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis and when required.

   

About you:

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualification:

    • Graduate of relevant university degree, preferably in Human Resources / Personnel Management.
    • Having 6 to 8 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
    • Knowledgeable in theories and practices in Human Resources and UAE labour laws.
    • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills and analytical skills
