Enterprise IT

Al-Futtaim Enterprise IT provides support to the Al-Futtaim Group across all geographies. It manages the IT application and infrastructure across various lines of business including Automotive, Retail, Real Estate and Financial Services. The core components of EIT are Business Application Management, Infrastructure &Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, Information Security, IT Procurement and IT Governance.

About the Position:

The position is expected to occupy a critical and crucial role in the IT Asset management of the entire AF Group and administrative role for the EIT division, with special emphasis on the Technological aspect of the AF group activities, so that the overall contribution to EIT prime objective of being the IT solution provider of the AF Group is improved and maximized. The jobholder is required to deliver effective and efficient Administrative service support to all the IT users in the AF Group in general to EIT employees in particular and interact on an ongoing basis directly with the IT customers. He is supposed to provide accurate information related to IT assets & software to the group companies as & when required.


Responsibilities include:

Recoveries Queries (IT Asset):
The jobholder is responsible for various ICM Client Devices Query Handling on ICM Recoveries and related responsibilities this includes:
Monitoring EIT recoveries and ensuring that all EIT services are timely charged back to the business.

The job holder also has a key role in assisting the EIT management in preparing the annual budget, including the client devices & Software’s recoveries.
Coordination with various Business Finance Mangers for the acceptance of ICM for Client Devices Recoveries as per their query.

Handling IT Asset Request:
Checking The Request and Make Sure the Request Adhere to the Current IT Asset policy for Allocation by Value, Model and Prerequisite Data Filled in. 
Working on Service request and Standardized Request for IT Asset allocation or IT Services allocation.
Business Queries:
Handling Queries of Business in Alignment to IT Policy, When Business Check with IT Asset Team on the Required IT Equipment and Services to their need. 
Dispute & IT Asset Write Off Query Handling:
Periodic reconciliation of asset inventory and resolving un cleared items, If IT Asset missing in Network as Technical team to find out last login, Do physical Inventory via Field Engineers, And then Coordinating with Business and Audit on Disputes and Asset write off.
General Administration work:

Manage divisional administrative work for EIT including internal & external responsibilities to ensure an excellent working environment, service to all employees and a smooth management reporting system

About You:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Minimum graduate in Technology / Business Administration

Minimum Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT Asset management/ logistics preferably in an IT industry.

Job-Specific Skills: Good administrative, communication and Interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, general business systems knowledge.
