About the Position:

As a Divisional Manager, part of the Sales team you will be responsible to manage all CE Unit & Project Sales, Aftermarket and Service activities within the UAE. Scope includes development of strategic plans, preparation of annual budgets and business plans and the setting and monitoring of business objectives and KPI’s.  The role holder will be responsible for the total management of CE Profit & Loss account

 

Your key responsibilities will be but not be limited to:

  • Exploring new business avenues
  • In conjunction with National Service & National Aftersales Managers, developing & implementing customer support strategies
  • Stock Planning and managing stock turn days
  • Key Account Management (including negotiation & finalization of key contracts)
  • Management of customer complaints and analyzing complaint statistics

 

 

About You:

You will have to have a minimum of the below to qualify for this role:

  • Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Preferably an Engineer, a business administration qualification will be an added advantage.  Must have extensive knowledge of Road Machinery, Quarry & Mining and knowledge of key industry sectors, particularly Construction

 

  • Minimum Experience: At least 12 years of industry experience of which past 5 years should be in a senior management capacity with full P&L responsibility.
