About the Position:

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Logistics division in Dubai. You would be responsible for effective handling of business calls & executing the daily operational functions related to group or non-group customers effectively.

You will be responsible for on time dispatching of billing invoices and preparing monthly dispatch reports for Finance. You will be required to assist the Sea Freight operations and you will be required to ensure that the Attendance sheet  has been signed and all sick leave forms are submitted along with the attendance sheet to HR on a monthly basis in consultation with Sea Freight Manager.

You will be responsible for the handling of the sea freight operations related to group and non-group customers. You will also be responsible for the maintenance & follow-up of office copier machines/printers, replenishment of toners & office stationery on time.

About You:

You should have at least 2 years’ experience within an office based job, performing administrative functions or similar. Candidate holding a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

You should have good planning and organizing skills as well as problem solving and decision making ability. You should have excellent communication skills and able to practice diplomacy when faced on tough situations.

You should also be able to display customer focus with the ability to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude while being able to deal with the customers and work in a team.
