About the Position:

  As a part of Hertz Head office team you will:

  • Be responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning) and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the MD’s office. 
  • Support to MD & Snr Mgt team in all instances, you should divert as much of the routine/less complex matters as possible away from the MD & Snr Mgt team leaving      them free to concentrate on business critical matters
  • In all matters ensure that the team’s preferred style and wishes are conveyed clearly and concisely
  • Anticipate the needs of the Snr Mgt team and act accordingly.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining Senior Management Calenders
  • Arranging Meetings
  • Administration
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Communication
About You:
  • You will be a Graduate with excellent  communication skills.
  • You will at least 3 years’ experience in similar role.
  • You will be an expert in MS Office application, MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint in particular.
  • You will have experience in handling a wide  range of administrative and executive support and ability to work  independently with little or no supervision. Handling details of a highly confidential and critical nature, this role requires efficiency in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • You will have a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and opportunities from external and internal sources, and organize and maintain administrative processes. In addition this role involves responsibility for coordinating and preparing presentations and materials working within a diverse team.

You will ideally be dynamic, high-energy, well organized, flexible and able to support      cross-functional coordination in a fast paced environment and possess excellent judgment. The candidate will be required to be available during      regular business hours, evenings and/or weekends, on occasion/as needed to      provide support and assistance to the Snr Mgt team.  

You maybe Arabic speaker, desirable but not essential.

You may have valid UAE driving license, desirable but not essential.
