Al Futtaim Finance (AFF), a Central Bank of UAE regulated entity, is a wholly owned subsidiary company of the Al-Futtaim Group, the leading business conglomerate of UAE. AFF specializes in providing a range of innovative consumer finance products to customers across the UAE.

About the Position:

As a part of the Al-Futtaim Finance team the Relationship Manager will have to support the GM - Operations in managing and maintaining relationship with partner Banks, Brands & and formulate strategies to achieve organisational goals.

The Relationship Manager will have to maintain existing relationship with partner banks, follow up with new banks to Join Al Futtaim panel to fund Automotive customers in Retail, Fleet & SME, review & signing of MOU’s with partner banks and suggest changes if any on existing MOU’s.

You would also be required to meet with the banks' sales team and review processes, TAT and approval rates, conduct training for bank sales staff on PCP or any other campaigns, devise campaigns and promotions jointly with the banks to increase/achieve targeted volumes and generate relevant MIS for review meetings and new strategies.

Your would be required to work with the Automotive Brand Manager & GM - Operations to jointly develop marketing initiatives to enhance further the AG product offering and value proposition, including Subsidy schemes, work with the GM - Operations and design promotions both Above and Below The Line, manage the Account Receivables with the Finance teams and AFG Finance and manage the projects with Banks & Brands for Automation.

About You:

The ideal candidate will be a University graduate who should have at least 10 years of experience in a Retail/Consumer banking environment either in Product/Operations Function or Retail Credit functions of Automotive.

You will also possess in-depth Knowledge of Local Dealerships, Market and Banking Industry specialized in Auto Business in Conventional & Islamic Banking and market knowledge on the Automotive Industry.

You will also possess the ability to strategize business direction in line with regulatory and business compliance of the UAE.
