About the job:

The duties and responsibilities for this role are the following:

  • Handle all customer calls / transactions on all areas of operations related to Individual Life Insurance in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the products/services information provided to the customers adheres to the required standard and company policy.
  • Generate renewal/lapse data from system and send to respective channels on required/set date.  Calling customers for renewal and lapse policies.
  • Follow the call script in a timely manner.
  • Accurately capture customer/ transaction, comments.
  • Provide the necessary reports, call logs, etc.
About you:

To apply for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Holding a Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience Individual Life Insurance customer support
  • Should be fluent in both English and Arabic
  • Must have call centre experience preferably in  Insurance Industry
  • Must be proficient in MS office application
