About the Position:

Based in Dubai and reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner the main function of this role is to support the HRBP in reinforcing a culture of performance focus, meritocracy and diversity in line with established corporate objectives, policies and procedures. This will be achieved by the person having an understanding of the business requirements and the HR plan for the business, being able to identify and implement suggested improvements to HR processes through process mapping and review of the activity, to act as a representative of the HR function, providing day to day support to employees and management, to identify organisational structure changes and to implement these in SAP in partnership with HRIS and to maintain an up to date record of current vacancies and supports the line manager in filling these, ensuring that departmental headcounts are not exceeded. 

This person will support the HRBP with coordination and completion of employee engagement impact plans and act as an ambassador for the Employee Engagement Survey, supporting the HRBP as required. We require someone who understands the role of Group L&D and how they support the business and who can act as a role model in identifying own learning needs and driving self-development and is an advocate of the Learning Management System (iGrow), training others on how the system works. You will suggest solutions to the HRBP to resolve complex HR queries that require the interpretation of policies and provide the HRBP with proposals for internal recruitment cases along with coordinating or managing projects as and when required whilst also supporting HR Communications 


About You:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree, a minimum of 3 years in a similar role and  experience in budget planning, business acumen, communication, data analysis, planning & coordination, stakeholder management, change management, project management, online L&D systems and be able to work to tight deadlines and multitask.
