About the Position:

As part of our Rental Team, you are responsible primarily in completing all service and maintenance bookings on the scheduled day and deliver vehicles back to customers where requested to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle all accident and breakdown cases in a timely manner to ensure that the customer is safe and back on the road as quickly as possible. Investigate and communicate all damage estimates in a timely manner to ensure low vehicle downtime, recovery of damage related losses and customer satisfaction

You will be part of our Hertz operations based in Dubai, reporting to the Fleet Operations Supervisor. You are responsible to handle all system admin including exchanges, transfers, scanning and filing to ensure all records are kept up to date as per Dubai Police requirements and act as a Mentor.

About You:

You should have at least 2 years expeience in customer service in a reputable automotive industry. Candidate who has completed high school education. Must have strong english communication and customer service interaction skills. You should also proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook

You should have good planning and organizing skills as well as problem solving and decision making ability. You must be able to practice diplomacy when faced on tough situations. Possesses the ability to adapt to cultural conceptions and has strong leadership skills.
