Al-Futtaim Engineering, Air Conditioning

Al-Futtaim Engineering’s Air Conditioning division undertakes turnkey contracts for air conditioning works for medium scale projects like residential properties, high rise buildings, villas, factories and warehouses. The scope of work for turnkey contracts is from design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of air conditioning systems. The air conditioning division has sales offices across all the UAE, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. The division is supported by a team of highly trained sales engineers, design, planning and project engineers and technicians.

About the Position:

Based in Al Futtaim Engineering offices in Dubai and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager-Special Product and working with the sales , marketing and estimation team of Air Conditioning Division.  The Sales Engineer will be required to  generate , get quotes, follow us and book sales for the Blue Star products such as Air Handling Unit, Fan Coil Units, VRF, Chillers, Airedale, C.CU's and Krantz specialised Air Terminal products in UAE market.

 

Key responsibilities for this role are:

  • Achieving the sales/Gross Margin  target set by the management on monthly ,quarterly and yearly basis
  • Identifying and recommending new business opportunities / clients

  • Providing after sales support for the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Supporting ,coordinating , preparing, executing and reviewing business plan with Contract Operations , Marketing , Estimation and Commercial team to achieve a common goal 

About You:

To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or B-Tech      
  • 4 plus years’ experience in Sales of AHU / FCU/ VRF/ Chiller/ Close Control product in UAE
  • A good base of  business contacts with  developers, MEP Contractor and consultants within UAE
  • A valid UAE driving License
