About The Position:

As the Head of Visual Merchandising - Fashion, you will be responsible for all creative and visual propositions in the stores and concessions across the GCC region. You will implement all internal and external visual displays, graphics and promotions ensuring that all corporate guidelines are adhered to and train the head office and in-store teams on visual standards.

You will be involved with everything from concept development and implementation of innovative and compelling displays. You will create and innovative ways to enliven the stores and bring the brand to life. You will provide leadership and direction to the VM teams and ensure that the company's strategies are well reflected in all visual presentation. You will work closely with the buying, marketing and operations teams and be responsible for sourcing equipment within your allocated budget.

About You:

You’ll not only have great ideas, you’ll be able to make them happen. An accomplished planner and communicator, you’ll know exactly how to get results using your excellent people management skills. You'll be an effective and experienced visual merchandiser with the ability to balance commercial decisions with your creative understanding.

You will ideally hold a Degree in Fine Arts or a related creative subject; have previous experience with a multi fashion brands, experience of managing a team of Visual merchandisers and overseeing multiply store sites.
