About the Position:

Based in Dubai the Employee Village Boss (Camp Boss)  will be managing and controling the Al Qous Staff village while supporting the Group Housing Dep’t strategy across all territories that fall under the Al-Futtaim Group. The role will be reporting to the Senior Administration Manager.

The key responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Identifying and implementing all the camp requirements
  • Communicating & coordinating with the contractors and the shareholders
  • Maintaining efficient record tracking system of the staff check in and out
  • Reducing complaint and escalationf from staff to the management
  • Submitting monthly reports on occupancy, maintenance, complaints and suggestions
  • Ensuring that all staff abide by Group Housing Guideline 
  • Informing employee on all details and informing them that most suitable housing option based on availability is provided to them

 

 

 

About You:

To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:

  • A Graduate Degree

  • 2 Years experience in managing Employee Village / Camps in GCC

  • 5 Years experience in Human resources / Admin
