As part of the Group Marketing department based in Dubai the main objective of this role will be to deliver broad-based internal and external Corporate Communications encompassing the Al-Futtaim corporate identity brand guidelines, website and intranet, online and offline copywriting, editing and proofreading, along with planning and implementing the Corporate Communications strategy for multiple activities and projects across all business verticals.
You will be accountable for the Corporate Communications activities of the group. Work as support / liaison in maintaining, editing and processing materials, coordinate work between the Corporate Communications team and the various management and marketing group functions, create strong, ongoing relationships with clients and colleagues, develop a thorough understanding of overall corporate and client’s individual business and respective operating industries
You must be able to present well thought through, logical and holistic communications solutions to support the Al-Futtaim corporate and client briefs, deliver effective communication on a wide range of deliverables such as; offline brochures and corporate literature, web-based content, newsletters, fact sheets and other documents, manage the Corporate Communications team to ensure client requests are dealt with promptly and that expectations are managed in terms of speed, delivery and quality of response, develop communication plans and deliverables for projects maintaining detailed meeting reports, briefs and minutes and understand and be able to articulate the role of digital media in communications planning.
You will be accountable for the end to end process of internal communications from brief, content, approval and delivery, ensure the development and execution of communication literature is consistent with the overall communication strategy, manage and update the Al-Futtaim credentials and familiarity with all Al-Futtaim companies and deliver an efficient and effective service with a distinct focus on quality and achieving objectives
