About the Job:

The duties ans responsibilities for this role are the following:

  1. Provide support to the Vice President – HR & Admin. in the administrative functions, ensure smooth operation in mail/courier service, procurement of office stationeries and supplies, telecommunications management, printing and reproduction and archiving of records for head office and all its branches.

  2. Manages the renewal of office leases, negotiate with the landlord to ensure that the cost is the same as previous year or at the lowest possible increase.

  3. Manages the maintenance and repairs of office equipment, ensure that office equipment are in good working condition.

  4. Maintaining relationships with quality external vendors that are reliable and cost effective.

  5. Monitor cost effectiveness and ensure savings for the company on all company related purchases.

  6. Manages company’s cleaning vendor and ensure that cleanliness of the whole building is of a high standard.  This includes conduct of daily office inspection.

About you:

The qualify for this role, the candidate should possess the following:

  • Graduate of Bachelor in Business Management or relevant university degree.
  • Having over 5 years of work experience in handling the administrative activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Task oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong relationship with vendors and external agencies.
