About the Role:

As a Design Consultant - Voice Application you will be responsible to provide voice strategy and consultancy to enterprise level customers. Identify most suitable solution and products and complete most optimum economical design meeting the tender requirements and site conditions. Prepare complete detailed technical proposal includes design schematic drawings / system architecture, compliance. Attend client meetings for technical clarifications / technical presentations.

This role will be based in Dubai. You will report to the Head - Pre Sales.

About You:

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have a Bachelors Degree specialised in Electronics / Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science. Presales & design certification in Avaya / Alcatel / Cisco / Huawei will be an added advantage. You should have minimum 7+ years of experience in converged enterprise solution design, implementation and support. Must have full convergence lifecycle experience including gathering requirements, design, test, documentation, configuration and maintenance. Network Engineering/designing expertise at a Multi-vendor integration experience. Experience with Avaya, Alcatel, Cisco & Huawei is highly desirable.  Experience in designing of integration and implementation of MS LYNC. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.

Excellent knowledge of collaboration and unified communication portfolio. Very good understanding of convergence IP voice technologies and next generation networks, video communication (SIP, NGN, SCCP, MGCP, SS7, H.323, etc.). Demonstrate the ability to create technical solutions for voice (VoIP, unified communications) and contact center (IVR self service, multi-media routing, CTI and application integration).

Along with previous experience you must have knowledge and understanding of industry trends and technical innovations and their impact on managing customer business requirements. Logical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to the customer. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast of the latest technology. An excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner are required.
