HR Connect

HR Connect operates in a shared service environment, a central unit providing HR related services to a user base size of 40,000 Employees, Managers &HR Business Partners in Al-Futtaim.

About the Position:

As part of our HR Connect On Boarding team, you will be the first point of contact for all new joiners therefore you should be highly professional and be a brand ambassador for the company to welcome our new employees into the Al Futtaim Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordination and communication with all new hires and stakeholders, process the documents for the labour approval, coordinate all joining formalities including hotel and flight bookings and you will also be present at the HR Induction day each week to provide guidance to all new staff and answer any onboarding related questions.


About You:

This is a busy role which requires 100% accuracy and attention to detail in dealing with a high volume of important documents.

Candidates must have exposure in the UAE or GCC with onboarding formalities and be highly knowledgable on the Labour Law along with excellent communication skills, ability to meet deadlines under pressure and the confidence to build positive relationships with all levels of staff.

We require candidates to have a degree from a reputable university, 2-3 years' experience in supporting HR system transactions module - Personnel Admin, Organizational Management, On Boarding process, Payroll, Time Management, etc.

Experience with SAP HR is desirable and a proactive helpful attitude is essential.
