About The Position:

Al-Futtaim Interiors specializes in office fit out solutions including project planning and space optimization, customized workplace fit outs, the supply of high quality office furniture, as well as filing, storage and archive management solutions. With a history spanning more than 10 years in supplying and fitting out many projects in the UAE, our team has considerable experience in turning our clients’ vision into reality through innovative design and creativity.

We are presently looking for a National Sales Development Manager; to achieve and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin, while managing the development of new and existing customer base within the UAE territory. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for the following duties but not limited to:

  • Planning - establish growth target budgets in line with market expansion plans.
  • Achieve sales penetration across appointed territories.
  • Financial - Ensure positive cash flow.
  • Market development & intelligence.
  • Development of Principal & contract supply.
  • Develop the Al-Futtaim Interiors brand.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
  • This position requires business maturity, excellent judgment and a hands-on entrepreneurial spirit.  Successful candidates generally have 5-10 years of professional sales or business management experience within the Interiors industry.
