About the Position:

As a part of the HR team you will assist in the provision of a comprehensive, strategic HR service to the business across all geographies in which the Company operates. Hold primary accountability for HR service for as directed by Senior HRBP.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Develop, implement and update Job Descriptions
  •  Prepare and control the divisional manpower levels, keeping within financial budgets 
  •  Assist Sr. HRBP with provision of HR dashboard, preparing statistical analysis on manpower costs, census reports, number of vacancies, internal recruitments etc.
About You:

To qualify for this role, you will have a minimum of the following:

  • A college degree
  • Minimum of 5 year in HR industry
