About The Role:

As a Fashion Logistics Manager- Retail you will oversee the entire supply chain (from origin to store, including store returns) to work within budget and meet business and service level objectives both locally and internationally within a current portfolio of fashion brands.


Main responsibilities will be as following:

  • Control supply chain costs; reduce in lead time to stores, manage obsolescent stock, increase stock turns/product sell through and ensure maximum availability;
  • Develop clear logistics best practices and processes, and ensure these are communicated, and implemented across the MENA region in line with local requirements in each country;
  • Focus on developing continuous improvement strategies, including quantitative analysis and evaluation of the supply chain and processes, to identify weak spots and develop optimisation scenarios.
  • Build strong relationships with all key stakeholder (e.g., suppliers, Logistics Service Providers, Brand Logistics, Buying, Finance, Store Operations Managers) to effectively enable critical decision making that will impact stock availability, freight warehouse and distribution costs and manage delivery lead times
About You:
To be seriously considered for this role you must have a Undergraduate Degree or equivalent (Specialization in International Business or Logistics preferred)

In addition you must possess

  • Must have a minimum of 6 – 10 years of Supply Chain & Logistics management experience, retail & fashion experience preferred
  • Analytical with high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Warehouse, Distribution, Customs & Cross Border Freight & 3PL Management
  • Strong People Skills
