It manages the IT application and infrastructure across various lines of business including Automotive, Retail, Real Estate and Financial Services. The core components of EIT are Business Application Management, Infrastructure &Operations, Enterprise Architecture, Service Management, Information Security, IT Procurement and IT Governance.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Business Excellence and Innovation, the Business Process Manager will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of business process improvement, redesign and documentation of business functions.

You will be involved in identifying global and local best practices with respect to business processes, implementing process measurement policies and defining KPIs, coaching and advising team on business functions, working with different divisions in identifying opportunities to improve business process, designing and optmizing process for new initiative, assisting in identiying, analysing, mitigating and responding to project and operational risks, assist in evaluating, implanting technology innovation solutions to help business problems resolutions, working with enterprise architecture teams to produce optimal, high level, conceptual designs and delivering business analysis, requirements and reviews.

About You:

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a MBA or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field with 7-8 years managerial experience in business transformation, improvement projects and system implementation within a retail enviroment. Experience in SAP, POS, and other retail business applications systems will be an added advantage.
